Return Eligibility
Returnable Items
You may return the following items within 7 days of delivery:
- Defective Products: Items that are damaged, defective, or malfunctioning
- Wrong Items: If you received an incorrect product
- Significantly Different: If the product is materially different from its description
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with opened packaging or removed seals (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging and accessories
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Digital products or downloadable study materials
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Complete Package: All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and receipt
- Calculator Seals: For calculators, manufacturer seals must be intact (unless claiming defect)
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order:

Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if claiming defect or damage)
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Important: Do not ship items back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Write the return authorization number on the package
- Ship the item to the provided address
Step 4: Inspection
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3 business days
- You will be notified of the inspection results
- Approved returns will be processed for refund or replacement
Refund Process

- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
- Online Payment Gateway: 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your provided account (5-7 business days)
Refund Amount
- Full Refund: Product price + shipping fees (if error was our fault)
- Partial Refund: Product price only (if return is due to change of mind, where applicable)
- Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Processing Time
- Refund approval: Within 3 business days of receiving returned item
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
Exchanges
When Exchanges are Available
We offer product exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items shipped
- Different calculator model (subject to price difference and availability)
Exchange Process
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Indicate that you want an exchange instead of a refund
- Specify the replacement product you want
- We will ship the replacement after inspecting the returned item
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences must be paid before shipping replacement
- Exchange shipping is free if the return is due to our error
- Customer pays shipping for exchanges due to preference changes
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide Evidence: Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Don’t Discard: Keep all packaging materials for inspection
Our Response
For damaged or defective items, we will:

Manufacturer Warranty
For calculator defects covered under manufacturer warranty:
- We will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer
- Warranty periods vary by product (typically 6 Months)
- Warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse

Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Return the wrong item: We will arrange pickup or provide return shipping label
- Receive correct item: We will ship the correct product at no additional cost
- Full refund option: You may choose a refund instead of receiving the correct item
